Because all products sold on our platform are digital goods (audio files, MP3/WAV instrumentals, track stems, and digital licensing agreements) that are delivered instantly upon checkout, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully prior to completing any transaction.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital, intangible nature of downloadable audio files and music licenses, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once an order is completed and the digital download link or files have been issued, the transaction cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. We provide full-length audio previews of every beat on our website so you can listen, evaluate, and test the composition before purchasing a license.

2. Exceptions & Issues We Resolve

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly assist you in the following circumstances:

A. Corrupted or Incomplete Files

If you experience any technical issues downloading, extracting (ZIP files), or playing your purchased audio files:

  • Contact us immediately with your Order ID.
  • We will verify the issue and provide fresh, verified download links or email the raw uncompressed audio files directly to you within 24 to 48 hours.
B. Duplicate / Accidental Multiple Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the exact same beat and license tier twice in error during the same checkout session:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • We will review our transaction logs and issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
C. License Tier Upgrades

If you purchased an MP3 Lease ($30.00) and quickly realize you need the WAV Lease ($50.00) or Unlimited License ($100.00):

  • You do not need to buy the entire license from scratch.
  • Contact us, and we will credit the amount you already paid toward the higher license tier so you only pay the price difference.

3. Fraudulent Chargebacks & License Voiding

IMPORTANT: Issuing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or PayPal without contacting us first constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.

If a chargeback or refund is processed for any reason:

  1. Your beat license is immediately and permanently revoked.
  2. You will forfeit all legal rights to use, release, stream, or monetize any musical work created with the beat.
  3. Any commercial release containing the beat will be treated as unauthorized copyright infringement.

If you have questions about your order, need replacement download links, or need help with your files, please contact us with:

  • A brief description of the issue
